Enrico Della Torre

Born in Pizzighettone, Cremona on June 26th, 1931, Enrico della Torre lives and works in Milan and in Teglio, Valtellina. 
He studied at the Brera Academy. His artistic production, which at first was informal, as it matured, found a spatial subdivision and a more structural rhythmical layout. 
He has received numerous awards such as, the San Fedele Painting Prize in !960, in Milan, the International “Lario” Prize for design, in Como in 1981, and the Prize of the Triennale dell'Incisione at the Permanente Museum in Milan, in 1994. Enrico Della Torre was invited to the 54th Biennale of Venice in 2011. 
He exhibits regularly in Italy and abroad.
